Job Requirements
- Ability to navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests
- Ability to move and grasp items up to five pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen
- Willingness to work for tip credit minimum wage plus tips
- Physical mobility and stamina required
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties
- Must be able to assist guests with special needs
Job Qualifications
- A desire to care for others, grow, and learn
- A positive attitude
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay mobile during the entire shift
- Ability to transport and carry items up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris, and clean booth seats
Job Duties
- Open door for guests arriving and departing
- Accommodate special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, and disabilities
- Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full
- Provide guest assistance to servers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning tasks
- Fill out the feature board and inflate balloons
- Ensure positive guest flow throughout the restaurant
