Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
- friendly and outgoing personality
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage reservations and seating arrangements
- answer guest inquiries about the venue and menu
- maintain a clean and organized host station
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- support the team by assisting with other duties as needed
