The Host position is an essential role responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring guests have an excellent first impression of the dining experience. This role requires someone with a friendly and accommodating nature who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must adhere to company policies and standards
  • Tipped position requiring a guest-focused approach

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
