The company started in 1981 with the launch of Carlos O'Kelly's, a restaurant that has become famous for its Mex From Scratch dishes, oven-baked specialties, legendary margaritas, house-made chips, and its renowned queso and salsa. Thrive Restaurant Group fosters a culture defined by the spirit of generosity, embodied in its guiding value, "Pouring out Generosity." This spirit is reflected in every aspect of their service and the warm atmosphere they cultivate for all guests.

Thriving in a fun family atmosphere, employees at Thrive Restaurant Group are encouraged to learn and grow in business, leadership, and hospitality, creating career development opportunities within a supportive environment. Thrive Restaurant Group offers employment on a tip credit minimum wage basis plus tips, recognizing that actual earnings will vary based on availability and guest volume. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds who share their passion for hospitality and service excellence.
