Old Chicago is currently hiring Hosts / Hostesses who play a critical role as the first and last impression of the restaurant. This front-of-house position involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and to-go orders, and consistently creating positive guest experiences through warm, professional, and genuine hospitality. Hosts and Hostesses act as the welcoming face for visitors, guiding guests safely and efficiently to their tables while engaging with them in friendly conversation. They are expected to provide clear communication over the phone and in person regarding wait times, directions, and restaurant information.
