Job Requirements

  • must be warm and genuine
  • mature and seasoned with hospitality experience
  • ability to work part-time hours
  • able to handle a high volume of guests consistently
  • strong communication skills
  • able to use reservation software

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus
  • strong work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality

Job Duties

  • welcome guests warmly and provide information about the company and brand
  • manage reservations using OpenTable effectively
  • communicate with team members throughout shifts to meet reservation demands
  • maintain poise and professionalism in a high-volume environment
