Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Good communication skills

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and professionally
Manage reservations and seating arrangements
Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand
Provide guests with accurate wait times and information
Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order in the lobby area
