Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- basic computer skills

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- manage reservations and waitlist effectively
- maintain an organized and welcoming host station
- communicate promptly with restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest service
- assist in answering guest inquiries and resolving concerns
- support restaurant operations by facilitating timely guest flow
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the host area
