Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
positive attitude and strong work ethic
basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
manage reservations and waitlist effectively
maintain an organized and welcoming host station
communicate promptly with restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest service
assist in answering guest inquiries and resolving concerns
support restaurant operations by facilitating timely guest flow
uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the host area
