Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage guest seating and wait lists efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- provide information about menu items, specials, and dining policies
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- assist with administrative duties such as reservations and telephone calls
