Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
Basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus
Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
Manage seating arrangements efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries and communicate effectively with the service team
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host station
Coordinate waitlist and reservations as needed
Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure readiness
Provide information about menu items, specials, and amenities
