Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a leading hospitality and food service provider known for its dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The company has a significant presence at iconic venues such as the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Since 2012, Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at these prominent locations, including Homefield Pub & Social, which features the exciting Topgolf Swing Suites and hosts various special events like seasonal sledding and ice skating. As a part of Delaware North, employees join a global family-owned company with over 100 years of history that operates worldwide across sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and retail. The company takes pride in offering career growth opportunities and a supportive work environment where team members can thrive personally and professionally.

The role of a part-time Host at Homefield Pub and Social involves being the welcoming face for guests while managing the host station effectively. This position is crucial for setting the tone of the dining experience by ensuring guests are promptly seated and comfortable. Hosts review floor plans and reservation books daily to create seating charts that help balance wait times and manage the flow of guests smoothly. They inspect dining and serving areas to confirm cleanliness and proper setup and are responsible for answering the restaurant's telephone line during hours of operation. Guest satisfaction is a top priority, so hosts engage with visitors to ensure their dining experience meets or exceeds expectations, addressing any concerns and thanking guests upon their departure. This position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous tasks. The part-time Host position pays $15.00 per hour excluding tips and offers flexible schedules, particularly suited for those who can work evenings, weekends, events, and holidays. Delaware North provides a comprehensive benefits package, including employee discounts, training opportunities, and eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement, reflecting the company's commitment to employee well-being and development. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy dynamic work settings and aspire to be an integral part of a celebrated team within a premier hospitality organization.
