- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
- manage reservations, waitlists, and seating in an organized and efficient manner
- communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
- escort guests to tables and provide menus
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area
- learn and utilize the reservation system to check availability, manage walk-ins, and support smooth service flow
