Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- flexibility to accommodate weekend and holiday shifts
Job Duties
- Welcoming customers with a polite and friendly approach
- seating guests according to their preferences and coordinating efficiently
- handing to-go orders to guests
- taking guest information and accurately quoting wait times
- managing table setups and arrangements
- assisting other departments with beverage and food running, plate clearing, and maintaining cleanliness
- performing opening, closing, and shift side work and maintenance
- keeping the dining area clean and organized
- supporting other tasks as needed
- wearing a friendly smile throughout the shift
