Job Duties
- welcome guests with a polite and friendly approach
- seat guests efficiently and coordinate table arrangements
- hand to-go orders to guests
- take guest information and quote wait times accurately
- manage table setups and maintain cleanliness
- assist other departments by making and running beverages or food
- clear tables and keep restaurant common areas tidy
- perform opening, closing, and on-shift side work and maintenance
- wear a friendly smile throughout the shift
