We are currently seeking a Host or Hostess to join our front-of-house team. This position is integral to creating a positive first impression by greeting guests promptly, seating them efficiently, and ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. The role involves managing guest flow, answering phone calls, taking and entering To-Go orders, and packaging them with care. The Host or Hostess is also responsible for accommodating guests with special needs, managing waitlists during peak hours, recommending menu items, upselling when appropriate, and maintaining communication between the guests and kitchen staff. Standing for extended periods, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, and using consistent hand and wrist motions are physical aspects of the job.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. Candidates who have prior experience as hosts are preferred, although we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry. Shift flexibility is an essential requirement since the restaurant operates during various hours.
