Job Duties

  • Clean and reset tables
  • run food from kitchen to tables in a safe and efficient manner
  • restock stations and take out trash
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas
  • greet customers and escort them to their tables
  • professionally and effectively communicate with servers and bartenders
  • monitor incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate party
  • control and update open table
  • keep track of waitlist and notify customers when their tables are ready
