Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Estimate wait times and manage the guest waiting list
- Manage and book reservations over the phone
- Adjust table assignments to accommodate large parties
- Monitor dining room tables and update reservation system
- Handle payment transactions
- Assist other restaurant positions as needed
