Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- 18+ years of age
- Possession or ability to possess all state-required work cards
- Minimum one year related experience
- Familiarity with Opentable
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques
- Strong guest relations skills
- Understanding of sanitation and safety standards
- Knowledge of safe alcohol service
- Experience in full service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately upon arrival
- Inform guests when their table is ready and invite them to the table
- Carry guests' drinks to their seats from the bar area and transfer their tab to the table if needed
- Pull out chairs and tables to assist guests in sitting down
- Answer phone calls promptly and politely
- Utilize all tables on a rotation to achieve highest turnaround and maintain smooth restaurant flow
- Keep host stand well organized and stocked
- Move furniture as directed by management
- Tour the restaurant periodically to identify empty tables
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints, resolving or escalating as needed with a positive attitude
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned
- Assist teammates with side work duties upon request
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
