Pre-bussing and bussing tables are essential duties that contribute to the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area. Furthermore, this position requires a proactive approach to cleaning and sanitizing not only the dining room but also the restrooms, maintaining a hygienic environment for all patrons.

Hospitality is at the heart of this role. A successful Host demonstrates exceptional multitasking skills, critical thinking, and organizational abilities. The ability to manage responsibilities simultaneously while keeping the customer's experience enjoyable is essential. In some cases, minor food handling is required, making it necessary to hold a valid Food Handler Certification.
