Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience with customer service or in a restaurant environment preferred
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
capable of using reservation software
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
physical ability to stand for extended periods
ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
willingness to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to use reservation systems such as Open Table
sales and upselling experience is beneficial
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
friendly and approachable personality
leadership skills for coordinator host role

Job Duties

Seat guests
give menu presentation
pass on Perfect Night Out information to server and management
take reservations using Open Table Reservations System
sell Melting Pot concept over the phone and to walk-in guests
listen and collect Perfect Night Out information
sell merchandise to guest over the phone
prepare merchandise packages
assist guests in general
bus tables at peak load to insure guest satisfaction
maintain bathroom cleanliness and supplies during shift
greet and guide prospective employees during application process
provide critical professional feedback to managers
greet vendors
work closely with management to organize and plan seating strategies
assign server and seating during the shift
support the coordinator when not assigned the position
