Job Requirements

  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to learn and adapt

  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
  • greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
  • manage reservations, waitlists, and seating in an organized and efficient manner
  • communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
  • escort guests to tables and provide menus
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area
  • learn and utilize the reservation system to check availability, manage walk-ins, and support smooth service flow
