We are currently seeking highly motivated Hosts to join the Harvest Seasonal Grill team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and efficient seating experience that sets the tone for their entire visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests promptly and warmly, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating seamlessly with servers and management to maintain smooth service flow.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or host role preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
  • Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized under pressure
  • Attention to detail and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating in an organized and efficient manner
  • Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
  • Escort guests to tables and provide menus
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area
  • Learn and utilize the reservation system to check availability, manage walk-ins, and support smooth service flow
  • Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure balanced seating and smooth service flow
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries as needed
  • Assist with takeout orders, guest requests, and front-of-house support as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Communicate effectively with servers, bar, kitchen, support staff and management to ensure smooth service
  • Uphold Harvest’s brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and other side work
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
