Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Acknowledge guests with an enthusiastic welcome and appreciative good-bye
Positively interact with guests as they enter and ensure proper seating rotation and wait list procedures
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and the restrooms
Complete opening or closing duties and weekly maintenance
Work closely with servers to clean tables and control the flow of guests
Manage guest seating to optimize service efficiency
Assist in creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere for guests
