The Host-Busser role at Islands is a key part of delivering a positive guest experience. As a Host-Busser, you will be the first and last friendly face our guests see during their visit. Your upbeat attitude and excellent guest service skills will help set the tone for their dining experience. Working closely with servers, you will assist in managing the flow of guests, ensuring efficient seating rotation and adherence to waitlist procedures. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and restrooms, completing opening or closing duties, and performing weekly maintenance tasks. It requires energetic, outgoing individuals who are passionate about guest service and dedicated to helping create a welcoming environment.
