Job Requirements

Legally permitted to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Reliable and honest work ethic
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
Coordinate guest reservations efficiently
Respond to guest inquiries courteously and promptly
Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons policies
Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain organized reservation and seating charts
