Job Duties
- Consistently apply CHEERS during your shift
- Welcome guests promptly, open doors, and create an inviting atmosphere
- Assist in the dining room by pre-bussing and resetting tables, stepping in as needed
- Foster connections by asking open-ended questions about their visit
- Anticipate guest requirements through observation and provide timely updates
- Manage table turns while monitoring dining room activity
- Thank guests as they leave, leaving a lasting positive impression
- Recognize first-time visitors and return guests through conversation
- Share vital guest information with servers to enhance personalized service
- Clearly communicate with Service Managers regarding wait times and dining room flow
- Effectively explain menu options, highlighting signature dishes and specials
- Encourage sign-ups for the Parry's loyalty program when appropriate
- Assist with taking to-go orders and managing phone calls during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entryway and dining area
