Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must be physically mobile during entire shift
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate touchscreen
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Must accommodate reasonable accommodations if applicable
- Tip credit minimum wage plus tips
Job Qualifications
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate the restaurant and communicate effectively
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to operate a touchscreen
Job Duties
- Greet guests enthusiastically as they arrive and depart
- Assist guests to their seats and manage guest flow
- Serve as cashier processing payments
- Accommodate special guest needs including boosters and highchairs
- Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full
- Provide assistance to servers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness by wiping down tables, picking up debris, and wiping booth seats
