Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- good organizational skills

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome at the door
- engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely manner
- introduce guests to their server
- manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
