- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm smile and engaging hospitality
- manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to set guest expectations
- seat guests and introduce them to their server
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points
- sincerely thank guests and invite them to return
- coordinate seating arrangements to optimize dining flow
- handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant
