Job Qualifications
- High volume customer or guest service experience preferred
- consistency, reliability and a positive attitude
- high energy, showing excitement and enthusiasm
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
- values teamwork and providing the highest level of customer service
- open availability and flexibility are a must
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands
Job Duties
- Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- work quickly and efficiently
- follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- maintain proper quality parameters
- effectively maintain wait and quote times
- assist bussers and servers in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- communicate with fellow team members and management to keep one another informed, wear a headset
- participate in ongoing training and development
