Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong communication skills
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
friendly and professional attitude
prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties

greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
accurately quote wait times to guests
seat guests in a clean and sanitary environment
accommodate guest needs and special requests
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
manage guest waitlist and seating flow
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
