Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage the flow of guests waiting for seating
- assist with to-go orders and ensure accuracy
- provide friendly, professional service at all times
- communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff
- maintain an organized and clean host station
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues
