Job Requirements

Must be 17 or older
Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Good physical stamina
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
Ability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable personality
Basic computer skills to manage reservations and wait lists
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a great first impression
Escort guests to tables and manage seating arrangements
Take reservations and maintain wait lists when necessary
Coordinate with the front of house team to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the menu and restaurant policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
Assist in managing guest flow during busy periods to minimize wait times
