Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly as they enter the restaurant
- Manage accurate seating arrangements and flow of guests
- Handle to-go orders and ensure timely customer service
- Maintain communication with the rest of the team to optimize guest experience
- Keep the waiting area clean and organized
- Provide information about the menu and specials when asked
- Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations
