Job Requirements

Must be 17 years or older
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good verbal communication skills
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain composed and courteous in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Basic computer skills for managing reservations
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a great first impression
Escort guests to tables efficiently and courteously
Manage reservations and operate wait lists when necessary
Coordinate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth seating and guest flow
Maintain a clean and organized host station
Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu or restaurant
Support other team members to ensure excellent customer service
