Ability to greet guests with a friendly and professional manner
Effective communication skills
Ability to handle phone reservations and special requests
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong teamwork skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of customer service principles

Job Duties

Graciously greet guests upon arrival
Escort guests to their table
Provide menus to guests once seated
Inform guests who their server will be
Manage special seating requests consistent with table availability
Answer phone calls with professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm
Take reservations and note special requests
Relay messages to servers and bus persons
Assist servers and bus persons as needed
Complete assigned side work
