high school graduate or equivalent preferred
previous restaurant or server experience preferred
reading, writing and basic math skills required
effective communication and english language proficiency required
ability to work collaboratively in a team
must be self-motivated and organized
strong problem-solving abilities
commitment to high-quality service and food knowledge
capability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
proficiency with tablets, point of sale systems and telephones
friendly and positive demeanor even in busy situations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

share knowledge of the menu with guests to enhance their to-go experience
support fellow team members and foster a collaborative work environment
complete side duties including bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food
handle point of sale transactions accurately and efficiently
maintain a friendly and professional attitude even during busy periods
utilize tablets and telephones with precision and attention to detail
manage multiple priorities while working calmly under pressure
