Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment
attention to detail and multitasking capability
basic computer skills for managing reservations

Job Duties

Greet every customer at the restaurant with a smile
quote accurate wait times and manage reservations
attend to customers by providing special experiences
escort customers to their tables and ensure a perfect experience
provide a warm goodbye and invitation to return
focus on the team and customers by making decisions that always consider both
maintain a welcoming and friendly environment for guests and staff
