Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
  • manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to set guest expectations accurately
  • ensure all guest touch points are regularly sanitized and cleaned
  • introduce guests to servers in a courteous and engaging manner
  • thank guests genuinely as they leave and invite them to return
  • maintain high safety and sanitation standards for team members and guests
  • assist with seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience
