Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • six to twelve months of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred
  • must maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • must adhere to professional dress and grooming standards including no visible tattoos in uniform, natural hair colors only, and limited piercings
  • availability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
  • ability to handle physical demands of a general office environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • six to twelve months of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • manage waiting lists and provide accurate wait times
  • answer phones and take reservations as needed
  • organize guest seating for an efficient dining experience
  • address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
  • collaborate with team members to maintain a professional and organized dining environment
  • uphold hotel dress and grooming standards at all times
