Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six to twelve months of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred
- must maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- must adhere to professional dress and grooming standards including no visible tattoos in uniform, natural hair colors only, and limited piercings
- availability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
- ability to handle physical demands of a general office environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- six to twelve months of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- manage waiting lists and provide accurate wait times
- answer phones and take reservations as needed
- organize guest seating for an efficient dining experience
- address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- collaborate with team members to maintain a professional and organized dining environment
- uphold hotel dress and grooming standards at all times
