Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to provide friendly and engaged hospitality
excellent communication skills
ability to manage waiting lists during busy times
ability to maintain cleanliness standards
must be at least 21 years old to participate in the 401(k) plan

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm smile and engage in friendly conversation
manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
seat guests efficiently and introduce servers
ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
sincerely thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
maintain accurate guest expectations
assist in daily restaurant operations as needed
