Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to provide gracious hospitality with a warm and welcoming demeanor

Job Duties

Welcome guests with BJ's signature greeting and a genuine smile
Maintain a fun and welcoming hospitality and lobby area
Manage accurate and even seating and dining room wait times using the table management system
Build lasting connections with guests to encourage repeat visits
Ensure a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests and team members
Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Support team-oriented environment with cooperation and communication
