Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
Ability to work well within a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Greet each customer at our restaurant with a smile
Quote wait times accurately and manage reservations
Attend to customers by providing special experiences
Escort customers to their tables and ensure a seamless experience
Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on the team and customers ensuring every decision considers both
