Job Requirements

Must be 17 years or older
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent punctuality and attendance
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must comply with all sanitation and safety guidelines
Ability to handle guest requests and resolve conflicts politely and efficiently

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests at the front door
Seat guests promptly and accurately
Collaborate with servers to ensure an excellent guest experience
Maintain a clean and organized host station
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
Assist with answering guest inquiries and providing information
Uphold sanitation and safety protocols
