Job Duties
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for guests representing the restaurant culture and providing exceptional hospitality
- Think quickly and make adjustments or decisions to prioritize guest experience
- Manage phone lines, take reservations, and handle the online reservation and table management platform
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus while maintaining a patient and understanding demeanor
- Coordinate seating strategically and communicate with kitchen and management about floor status
- Perform side work, assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support servers and staff with serving food and/or alcohol
- Promote and embrace the restaurant's community and culture
- Walk to local businesses for marketing and promotional activities
- Support the restaurant's eco-conscious initiatives
