Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
1-2 years of fine dining restaurant experience
Ability to serve alcohol
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations
Strong organizational skills
Ability to engage positively with guests and staff

Job Duties

Serve as the first and last point of contact for guests representing the restaurant culture and providing exceptional hospitality
Think quickly and make adjustments or decisions to prioritize guest experience
Manage phone lines, take reservations, and handle the online reservation and table management platform
Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus while maintaining a patient and understanding demeanor
Coordinate seating strategically and communicate with kitchen and management about floor status
Perform side work, assist with opening and closing procedures
Support servers and staff with serving food and/or alcohol
Promote and embrace the restaurant's community and culture
Walk to local businesses for marketing and promotional activities
Support the restaurant's eco-conscious initiatives
