Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience or equivalent
- Accurate mathematic skills
- Knowledge of menu and specials
- Knowledge of restaurant layout including table numbers and station numbers
- Meet schedule requirements punctually
- Warm, sincere, outgoing personality
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant
- Ability to work amidst noise in confined crowded spaces
- Ability to move chairs and transport high chairs or booster seats
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Strong mathematical skills for accurate reservations and wait time management
- Knowledge of menu, specials, restaurant layout including table and station numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment

- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely move throughout the restaurant
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival
- Answer phones and take reservation calls accurately
- Maintain an accurate waitlist and manage guest flow efficiently
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- Sell and account for gift certificate sales
- Coordinate with staff to accommodate special events and party needs
