Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience or equivalent
Accurate mathematic skills
Knowledge of menu and specials
Knowledge of restaurant layout including table numbers and station numbers
Meet schedule requirements punctually
Warm, sincere, outgoing personality
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant
Ability to work amidst noise in confined crowded spaces
Ability to move chairs and transport high chairs or booster seats
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of full service restaurant experience or equivalent
Strong mathematical skills for accurate reservations and wait time management
Knowledge of menu, specials, restaurant layout including table and station numbers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Warm, sincere, and outgoing personality
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely move throughout the restaurant

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests upon arrival
Answer phones and take reservation calls accurately
Maintain an accurate waitlist and manage guest flow efficiently
Communicate effectively with guests and staff
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
Sell and account for gift certificate sales
Coordinate with staff to accommodate special events and party needs
