Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Welcome each guest to the restaurant with a smile
Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
Provide guests with special experiences
Escort guests to their tables and ensure a perfect dining experience
Offer warm goodbyes and invitations to return
Focus on your team and customers making decisions that always consider both
