Job Requirements

Must be 17 years or older
Punctuality and consistent attendance
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
Strong customer service orientation
Physical ability to perform host duties

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills for technology-based training and seating management

Job Duties

Meet greet and welcome guests at the front door
Seat guests and coordinate with servers to provide excellent service
Maintain a friendly and fun atmosphere for guests
Use technology-based tools for seating and guest management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols including COVID-19 guidelines
Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive guest experience
