Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work flexible part-time hours
Reliable and punctual
Must have the ability to stand for extended periods
Strong customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage waitlists and quote times accurately

Job Duties

Greet every guest with a genuine welcome
Go out of your way to assist every guest
Serve fresh baked bread to guests
Effectively maintain wait and quote times
Give first-time guests an extra special welcome
Tell each guest the Texas Roadhouse story
Demonstrate friendly and teamwork-oriented behavior
