high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work nights and weekends
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent communication skills
customer service oriented
team player
willingness to obtain TIPS and/or responsible alcohol service certification

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in hospitality or restaurant environment preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
knowledge of seating and reservation software is a plus
friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
manage waitlists and seating charts efficiently
communicate effectively with guests and team members
maintain a clean and organized host station
assist guests with inquiries and special requests
coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction
