Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of seating and reservation software is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • manage waitlists and seating charts efficiently
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • maintain a clean and organized host station
  • assist guests with inquiries and special requests
  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction
